Tax and VAT
All our prices have excluded any VAT and tax. Our website is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Delivery and Shipping Process
We will try our best to ship your order in 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Package normally be shipped on the same day before 4 PM if all items are in stock. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and get the tracking details in the mail.
We have a local delivery service in the United States (warehouse in US West and US East) Europe (Czech) Others will be shipping from our Asia warehouse (Shenzhen).
Due to the weather around the world, occasionally there will be delivery delays, please understand!

The free shipping is mainly distributed in US and some parts of Europe.
Canada、Switzerland、、Finland、Sweden、Cyprus shipping is only $9.9, and for the rest of the world, shipping is $15.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@arylic.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
