It is a good board with a quality finish. The sound quality depends largely on the speakers used. On vintage 2-way 4Ω speakers, it sounds very nice, with no hum or any other squeaks in the background.
However, without an IR remote, it is not very practical. If you want to shut down only the amplifier while keeping the internet connection active, you might run into some issues. This cannot be done without the remote, as the LED on the board remains ON if you mute the board using an external key. Additionally, if you cut the power, you have to wait about a minute for it to reconnect.
The provided schematic for external buttons and LEDs is not straightforward and can be misleading—for example, the pull-up resistor for the KEY is already on the board.
At the end of the day, I will probably buy more of these boards.
